These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with AdjusterReply website (the "Service") operated by AI Local ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Free trial users will not be charged if they cancel before the trial ends.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AdjusterReply and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft documents and analysis. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All output is provided as a draft for your review only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving any content before using it in connection with any insurance claim or communication. AdjusterReply does not guarantee any particular claim outcome, settlement amount, or result from use of the Service.

6. No Legal or Professional Advice

The Service is a document drafting and productivity tool. It does not provide legal advice, public adjusting services, claims negotiation, or professional insurance advice, and no attorney-client or adjuster-client relationship is created by use of the Service. You are responsible for complying with all licensing, regulatory, and professional requirements applicable to your use of the Service in your jurisdiction, including any laws governing public adjusting or the practice of law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) submit fraudulent, false, or misleading claim information; (b) violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) upload content you do not have the right to use; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; (e) resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent; or (f) generate content intended to deceive, impersonate, or defraud any party. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdjusterReply, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
